Dr. David R. Lloyd, D.D.S.
Dr. Lloyd earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious Emory University School of Dentistry. Following graduation, he served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, completing an advanced General Practice Residency at Naval Hospital?Oakland. During his naval tenure, he led a microbiology research program at a U.S. Navy laboratory in Cairo, Egypt, and authored several peer reviewed journal articles.
A respected clinician, Dr. Lloyd remains dedicated to ongoing professional growth—staying current with the latest advancements in oral health and aesthetic dentistry to offer his patients top-tier care. As the third generation of his family serving the Daytona Beach community, he brings deep-rooted commitment and continuity.

Outside the office, Dr. Lloyd is deeply involved in Daytona Beach: serving on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club and previously chairing a district for Boy Scouts Troop?429. He’s also an active member of the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he continues to serve his country as an aircraft commander with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and enjoys life with his wife, Erin.
